Meyer, Stephenson to wed

Tim and Verlene Stephenson of Osceola announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son Josh Stephenson to Emily Meyer, the daughter of Gary Meyer and Rosalie Redman Meyer of West Des Moines.

Meyer graduated from Iowa State University in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and psychology. She is currently employed as a compliance consultant at Allied Insurance in Des Moines where she has served for the last nine years.

Stephenson graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing. He currently serves as a commercial underwriting manager for agribusiness at Nationwide Insurance in Des Moines where he has served for the last eight years.

A September wedding is planned at Lake Ahquabi in Indianola.
