Maldonado was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail after posting $1,000 bond.

Jason Ray Pett, 46, of Woodburn was charged with possession of drugs, drug stamp violation, providing a dwelling for the sale of drugs and possession of paraphernalia 12:05 a.m. Sept. 8.
As of Sept. 8, Pett is being held in Clarke County Jail awaiting arraignment.
