Clarke County Secondary Roads Department reported torch heads and gauges, grinder and wheels, electric Dewalt drill, 75 feet of welding leads, welding rods, impact wrench, drop cords, welding helmet, two 30-feet chains and a new hitch for a trailer were taken from a bridge job site in the 1800 block of Scott Street between Nov. 14 and 24.
Clarke County Sheriff’s Department is investigating this incident.
Loss estimate is $1,605.

Dylan James Webb, 19, of Osceola was charged with possession of a controlled substance 12:01 a.m. Nov. 21.
The date of the original offense was Nov. 20.
Webb was cited and released at the scene.

Robert Ray Arends, 46, of Des Moines was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and having an open container 9:47 p.m. Nov. 29.
Arends was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Cadin Andrew Selsor, 21, of New Virginia was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 12:48 a.m. Nov. 22.
Selsor was arraigned and released on bond.

Nathan David Gillespie, 31, of Osceola was charged with first-degree burglary 8:35 p.m. Nov. 30.
As of Dec. 1, Gillespie is being held in Clarke County Jail awaiting to be arraigned.
