No citations were issued after an accident 7 p.m. Dec. 23 in the 1300 block of Bobcat Street in Clarke County.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Kolt William Squier, 19, of Corydon, driving a 2006 Ford pickup east on Bobcat Street, braked to avoid hitting a deer. Squier lost control of the vehicle, entered a ditch and struck a tree. Squier complained of leg pain and was checked by Clarke County EMS and Murray first responders.
Damage estimate is $8,000.
