Myron Wayne Tilk of Osceola reported a set of cast wheel weights for a 1959 John Deere 360 and Handyman jack were taken from his farm between 6 a.m. Dec. 13 and 6 p.m. Dec. 21.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Tilk said the items were in his building Dec. 13 and missing Dec. 21. He said he saw a Dodge dually diesel pickup driving around the area at a low rate of speed and stopping several times. The color of the pickup is unknown and believed to be a 2006 model.
The incident is under investigation by Clarke County Sheriff’s Office. Loss estimate is $350.

Nicholas Lee Ludington, 34, of Russell was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 4:19 a.m. Dec. 27.
Ludington was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Andrew was arraigned and released on bond from Clarke County Jail.

Michael Wade Harrell, 33, of Leon was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 11:49 p.m. Dec. 31.
Harrell was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.
