William Harold Jones, 51, of Osceola was charged with failure to register on a sex offenders list 10:05 a.m. Feb. 25.
Jones was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.

Kyle Patrick Sutton, 24, of Osceola was charged with drug possession and eluding 11:30 p.m. Feb. 25.
At the time of the report, Sutton was still being held in Clarke County Jail awaiting bond to be posted.
