Clarke County Board of Health, Clarke County Hospital and other community partners are joining together to review various health, economic and demographic data for Clarke County.

Sandy Eddy, RN Clarke County Public Health administrator said, “Every five years the health needs of our community are assessed. Getting inputs from the public and community partners helps decide what needs are important for to make our county a healthy place to live.”

Take the survey online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CHNACC or paper surveys will be available at Murray City Hall, Osceola Public Library, Clarke County Courthouse and Clarke County Hospital main reception desk until Aug. 31.
