Laverne Dean Cashman of Murray reported a Browning Buck Mark 5.5-inch barrel 22-caliber pistol with service number 515ZX08236 was taken between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. July 24.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Cashman said he had seen the pistol on top of a cabinet with a hat covering it. He noticed the pistol missing around 4 p.m. and the pistol is the only item missing from the residence. There was no sign of forced entry.
Clarke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
Loss estimate is $450.

Daniel Charles Clausen, 33, of Osceola was charged with failure to appear to show cause for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated July 17.
Clausen was released with time served for failure to appear.

Deloma Belle Shell of Murray reported $215 cash was taken between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. July 17.
According to a Clarke County Sheriff’s report, Shell reported the money was missing from her purse. She said the purse was sitting on her kitchen counter and when she checked the money was gone. She said the money was in her purse July 16.
Shell said the back door of her house was unlocked and open when she got home. No other items are reported missing.
Clarke County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.

Rodney Duane Hommer, 55, of Woodburn was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and two counts of simple assault 3:45 p.m. July 26.
Hommer was released by the courts.

Naeve was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail.
