Alejandro Nunez Fernandez, 37, of Ottumwa was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, 10:28 p.m. July 27.
Fernandez was arraigned and released from Clarke County Jail by the courts.

Joshua Keith Sook, 21, of Osceola was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and speeding 106 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone.
Sook was arraigned and had bond set at $1,000 cash or surety.
