South Central Iowa Community Foundation (SCICF) is excited to announce that October 1, 2018 will mark the Foundation's 25th anniversary of serving our counties. To celebrate this amazing milestone, SCICF will be awarding five $5,000 grants to charitable organizations in each of our counties: Clarke, Decatur, Lucas, Ringgold and Union. YOU may nominate YOUR favorite charitable organization in your county by filling out a simple, one-page application form.
To qualify, organizations must be a 501(c)(3) or be a governmental body serving a charitable purpose. This one-page application must be postmarked or emailed by July 6th to be eligible. One grant application entry per person, please. There is no age requirement, we encourage everyone to apply.

Once we have received the applications, each county advisory board will review and make recommendations to the Board on their top five selections. Winning entrants, and the organizations they nominated, will be contacted on or before August 31, 2018 and will be invited to attend our 25th Anniversary Gala event on Monday, October 1st to accept their $5,000 grant award.
