Jones, Mateer plan July 31 wedding

Tia Jones and Brian Mateer, both of Osceola, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Jones is the daughter of Adrian and Lori Jones of Osceola. Mateer is the son of Darrell and Vicki Mateer of Murray.
