Belinda Elizabeth Reed, 20, of Grand River was charged with interference with official acts and minor in possession of alcohol 12:05 a.m. July 28.
Caleb Lee Reed, 20, of Garden Grove was charged with minor in possession of alcohol 12:06 a.m. July 28 and public intoxication 1:20 a.m. July 29.
Clayton Edward Reed, 23, of Garden Grove was charged with public intoxication 1:20 a.m. July 29.
John Julian William, 23, of Des Moines was charged with public intoxication 4:10 a.m. July 29.

Cody Eilane Keenan, 19, 631 E. Ayers St., Apt. A7, and Claudia Dee Sadler, 35, 619 E. Ayers St., were charged with fifth-degree theft 11:50 a.m. Friday.
Tyler Lee Brammer, 18, of Weldon was charged with fourth-degree theft Aug. 4.
Accidents
No citations were issued after an accident 11:15 a.m. Aug. 5 at 330 S. Fillmore St.
According to an Osceola police report, an unidentified vehicle struck a properly-parked 2000 Buick owned by Rosemary Ingersoll, 330 S. Fillmore St., damaging the left, rear fender.
Damage estimate was $750 to Ingersoll's vehicle.

No citations were issued after an accident 10:55 a.m. Friday on Highway 34 near the intersection of Ridge Road.
According to an Osceola police report, Jabe Hatfield Ramsey, 16, 1742 Benson St., driving a 1997 Dodge west on Highway 34, lost control of his vehicle after one of the front rims broke causing the vehicle to strike the rear, driver's-side wheel of a 2008 Ford driven by Michael Warren Lawrence, 42, of Lorimor.
Damage estimates were $800 to the Ford owned by Wheels LT of Des Plaines, Ill., and $2,000 to the Dodge owned by Travis Glenn Ramsey, 1742 Benson St.
