Marilyn L. Oxendale, 68, of Osceola died Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, at Southern Hills Specialty Care in Osceola.
Visitation was held from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at Slade-O’Donnell Funeral Home, 103 N.E. Mill St., in Leon. Burial will be in Odebolt Cemetery in Odebolt at a later date.
Marilyn L. Oxendale, daughter of Barry Norton and Joan Marie (Morrison) Hall, was born March 11, 1947, in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Marilyn graduated from high school in Tucson, Arizona. Over the years, she lived in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Texas, Oklahoma and Mexico before moving to Osceola in 1984.
She married Roger Oxendale and they lived in Oklahoma before moving to Osceola. After Roger died in 1989, Marilyn stayed in Osceola.
Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Katy (Ed) Born of Humeston; grandson Tony Hall and companion Markie Miler and her son Raiden, all of Osceola; siblings, Steve and Loni Hall of Shasta Lake, California; Stephen and Lynn Hall of Castleberry, Florida; Michael and Margarita Hall of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; John and Tilly Hall of Norwich, England; Cristina and Sergio Roco Rojas of Puebla, Mexico, and Sharon Hall of Cancun, Mexico; other relatives and friends.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her grandparents; parents and son David Hall.
