Murray High School success at speech contest

The Murray High School speech team participated in the Iowa High School Speech Association Large Group Contest Jan. 24.

Murray speech team members performed a one-act play, two improv teams, and an Ensemble acting group.

The one-act play, one improv team and the ensemble acting group all move on to compete at State Feb. 2 at West Des Moines Valley.

Murray students who competed at the Large Group contest were Megan Johnston, Kendra Boles, Colton Hiatt, Mackenzie Keller, Wyatt Myers, Josh Webb, Jace Rodecker, Alyssa Whitham, Leia Decker and Kahlan Hollinger.
