Fern’s Free Swim sponsored by Kading Properties

Kading Properties has been sponsoring a summer full of free swiming for Clarke area kids. They have funded Fern’s Free Swim nights at the Fern Underwood Memorial Aquatic Center for the summer of 2019. Monday night representatives of Kading were at the pool passing out free beachballs.

“We want to enhance the community experience and make sure everyone loves Osceola,” said Kading Properties CEO Karie Ramsey.

Kading hosts or sponsors many events in Osceola including a farmer’s market, an Easter egg hunt event and work with the Clarke County Developement Corporation and the Osceola Chamber Main Street.

“We do whatever we can to fill that need or help within the community,” said Ramsey. “We want our residents to have a great place to call home so we’ll support whatever comes our way.”

Kading Properties has 190 properties in Osceola. They have new single family homes at The Meadows. Throughout town there are townhomes, either two or three bedrooms with one or two car attached garages. The townhomes range in size from 1,008-1,014 square feet.

Kading Properties received the CCDC Board of Directors Award in January for their commitment to support the local economy.
