Steven Hoyle Hubbard Jr., 33, of Osceola, was charged with public intoxication 3:33 p.m. Aug. 24 at 631 E. Ayers St.

According to an Osceola Police report, officers were called to 631 E. Ayers St. on a report of trespassing. It was reported Hubbard was involved in a verbal argument between him and three other males. An officer reported Hubbard smelled alcohol. Hubbard consented to a preliminary breath test which resulted in a .212 blood-alcohol content.

Riceeha Lyndaisha Evans, 22, of South East 14th Street Apt 3309 Des Moines, was charged with driving while suspended 2:15 a.m. Aug. 25 on the 2500 block of West Clay Street.

Evans was being held on a $300 bond.

Sonja Michelle Brammer, 43, of South Gustin Street, was charged with driving while suspension 1:14 p.m. Aug. 25 at 518 W. McLane St.

Brammer was being held on a $100 bond.

Anna Jo Lee Farlow, 18, 623 N. Main St., was charged with domestic assault causing bodily injury and a a warrant 1:50 a.m. Aug. 27 at her residence.

According to an Osceola Police report, Farlow was involved in a physical altercation with a male at her residence. The victim had multiple scratches on his body he said came from Farlow as he was trying to keep under control.

Farlow was being held on $1,000 bond.

Richard Eugene Alan Ford Wilkins, 22, of 623 N. Main St., was charged with domestic assault by impeding air/blood flow 1:50 a.m. Aug. 27 at his residence.

According to an Osceola Police report, Wilkins was in a physical altercation with a female victim at his residence. The victim told officers Wilkins placed his hands on her neck several time and applied pressure causing her to struggle to breathe. An officer noted the victim had multiple scratches on her including the neck area.

Wilkins was being held on $10,000 bond.

Mandi Lea Stowers, 44, of West Cass Street Osceola, was charged with a Polk County warrant 3:48 p.m. Aug. 27 at the intersection of Jefferson and Vale streets.

Bond unknown.

Miguel Angel Romo Rios, 24, of Blakes Lane Osceola, was charged with domestic assault by impeding air/blood flow 9:48 p.m. Friday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Romo Rios assaulted a female victim in his home with children in another room. The victim showed officers the bruises on her leg, ribs, face and wrists and scrape on her knee. She claimed Romo Rios slapper her and shoved her against the wall then choked her and made it hard to breathe. Romo Rios then sat on the side of the room next to the door forcing the victim to leave through the window. Romo Rios told officers that there were problems and that the two pushed each other but he didn’t hit her.

Romo Rios was transported to another agency and is being held of a $5,000 bond.

Nicholas Omer McVey, 20, of North Main Street Osceola was charged with drivers license denied/revoked- operating while intoxicated 5:14 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Park Street.

Tristen Jacab DeVore, 19, of Osceola, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse 1:08 a.m. Sunday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, DeVore performed oral sex on a child 12 years of age twice in one day between Aug. 6 2019 and Aug. 20 2019. The victim told officers that DeVore had also done this in October 2019.

DeVore was being held on a $500 bond.

Ronald Michael Vansickle, 42, of 120th Avenue Indianola, was charged with assault- simple, disorderly conduct- fight/violence and third-degree criminal mischief 1:59 a.m. Sunday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Vansickle got very upset by a comment made by another patron at the West Side Tavern and engaged in a fight by striking the victim with a chair causing a cut on the victims right elbow. Prescription glasses were broken, damage was done to a beverage cooler and tile floor.

Estimated damage was $1,200. Bond unknown.

Thomas William Martin, 37, of East Thomson Street Marysville, Missouri, was charged with a Harrison County Missouri warrant 6:36 p.m. Sunday at 720 Warren Ave.

Martin is being held at Clarke County Jail.

Tyler Joe Dunaway, 38, of Fairfield, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, drug traffic- meth, drug tax stamp violations and interference with official act 8:44 p.m. Sunday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, a probable cause search was conducted on a black Toyota Tundra at the Clarke County. During this search, the Dunaway was found laying in the back seat of the truck. A baggie of a crystalline substance and a syringe was located in a Ziploc bag in the backseat. These items were in his immediate area as well as inside the Ziploc bag, was a title to the Dunaway’s motorcycle. The crystalline substance was field tested which showed a positive result for methamphetamine and weighed approximately 17.2g.

Dunaway is being held on a $35,000 cash bond.
