National American Legion Vice-Commander to be in Osceola

Glenn Wahus, American Legion National Vice-Commander will be at the American Legion Davis Pence Post 69 on 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18.

Wahus is a United States Navy veteran (1983-87), and is a member of the American Legion Carl E Rogen Post 29 in Watford City, North Dakota.

He served as Department of North Dakota commander from 2018-19, and has served on several post, department and national committees.

Wahus was influential in bringing the ‘courage carries on’ suicide awareness and prevention program in North Dakota.

He was picked by North Dakota governor Doug Burgum to serve on the North Dakota Administrative Committee on Veterans Affairs.

The public is invited to meet Wahus at the Legion Hall, 136 W. Jefferson Street in Osceola.
