Ben Redman

Benjamin Ray Redman, the son of Raymond “Al” Remand and Nadene (Lantz) Redman was born June 4, 1939 in Van Wer, Iowa and passed from this life on January 13, 2022 at a hospital in Idaho Falls, Idaho at the age of 82 years.

Ben graduated from Van Wert High in 1957. Shortly after graduating Ben moved to Montana and spent 20 years there before returning to Iowa and Missouri. He later went back to Montana to the state he loved.

Ben became the father of five children, Tami, Mike, Debbie, Jay and Jerry Ray. Ben was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Debbie Hanson, brothers Norman Redman, Jerry REdman and nephew Jeff Lukaszewski. Left to cherish Ben’s memory are his daughter Tami (Mike) Fitzgerald of Boone, Iowa, sons Mike (Sheryl) Redman of Missoula, Montana, Jay (Karen) Redman of Columbus, Montatna and Jerry Ray (Angela) Redman of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, son-in-law Leonard Hanson of Twin Bridges, Montana, sisters Mardell (David) Boles and Marlene Nash both of Murray, Iowa, 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
