Tristen Jacab DeVore, 20, of Manor Drive Osceola, was charged with 20 counts of possession of media exploiting a minor 12 a.m. Feb. 2 at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Devore came into possession of a visual depiction of a minor engaged in a prohibited sexual act. The visual depiction was located during a search warrant of Tristen DeVore’s cell phones several months later. The cell phone was forensically analyzed and over 175 visual depictions of child pornography were located on Devore’s two cell phones.

Bond was set at $40,000.

Maricruz Ambriz, 33, of South Adams Street Osceola, was charged with fraudulent practice first-degree 5:51 p.m. Feb. 3 on Warren Street.

According to an Osceola Police report, Ambriz knowingly obtained a social security number that was not hers to get a job at Osceola Foods and had a fake driver’s license.

Bond was set at $10,000.

Tristen Jacab DeVore, 20, of Manor Drive Osceola, was charged with sexual abuse third-degree 10:02 p.m. Feb. 3 at 220 Townline Rd.

Miles King Worthington, 31, of North Lincoln Street Osceola, was charged with domestic abuse assault second offense and burglary second-degree 4:36 a.m. Friday at the Osceola Police Department.

According to an Osceola Police report, Worthington broke out a side window of a house. Worthington then went to the front door of the residence. Worthington then proceeded to knock a window out of the front door where he sustained a cut to his hand. This left blood on the window and Worthington was later found to be bleeding from his hand. Worthington then broke in the front door and made entry into the residence at 316 S. Court St.

Bond was set at $12,000.
