Robert Hedrick, Woodburn, reported burglary/breaking and entering at 400 Vine Street, Woodburn, on April 19.
According to the incident report, Hedrick arrived at the above address, The Woodburn Cafe, to open and found that unknown person(s) had attempted to gain entry through the three entry doors. The east and south doors both had pry marks while the east door was badly damaged. The door handle, deadbolt and door frame were damaged beyond repair.
