No citations were issued following an accident in the Pilot truck parking lot, 2010 West Clay Street, on May 15.
According to an Osceola police report, Jorge Gonzalez of Corpus Christi, Texas was driving a 2010 Mack semi past a 2021 Freightliner with the intention of parking on the north side of the Freightliner. Gonzalez got too close to the other vehicle and left rear of the Mack trailer hit the right from bumper of the Freightliner.
Damage is estimated at $500 to the 2010 Mack and $900 to the 2021 Freightliner.

No citations were issued following an accident in the Walmart truck parking lot, 2400 College Drive, on May 15.
According to an Osceola police report, Darla Ogg of Osceola was backing a 2005 Pontiac Vibe out of a parking spot. Deborah Overton, Osceola, was backing a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer out of a parking spot as the same time as Ogg and did not see her. The rear of Overton’s vehicle struck the front passenger side of Ogg’s; no injuries were reported.
Damage is estimated at $1,500 to the 2005 Pontiac and $500 to the 2004 Chevrolet.
